Immigration Detention

If you are detained by the Home Office in a detention center or in prison, we are here to help.

If the Home Office has informed you that it intends to remove or deportation you from the United Kingdom, we are able to assist you.

If a deportation order has already been made and you have an in-country right of appeal, we can help you with the appeal, including preparing your case and representing you at your hearing.

If you are detained by the Home Office, we will prepare and submit your application for bail to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum). Your hearing should be listed within 7 days. We will then represent you at the bail hearing.
