As one of the Directors and founder of Seren Legal Practice, Stephanie has over 14 year’s experience in the field of immigration, including advocating at the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, and in Supervisory and Managerial posts.
Stephanie has spent her career helping those who are vulnerable and dealing with complex cases. She has extensive experience with asylum cases and cases involving deportation and removal. Stephanie dedicates herself wholeheartedly, to her clients and to her cases, ensuring that your case will be dealt with in a sensitive and successful manner.
Stephanie qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute for Legal Executives in 2007 and became a Fellow CILEx in 2009.
From 2010, Stephanie has maintained Level 2 Immigration and Asylum Accreditation from the Law Society, including Supervisor status from 2013 onwards.
Stephanie is also accredited at the highest level: Level 3 for both immigration and asylum including undertaking Judicial Review Case Management (JRCM) with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner OISC.
